First, the paper rack for raw material should be placed on the paper feeding rack for three-axis paper. The paper feeding rack comprises of an automatic paper feeding device and a paper feeding device. Next, the paper is transferred to the paper feeding roller, and before reaching the roller, a bar device is present to evenly spread the paper surface. In addition, there is a punching device that enters the roll guide device located at the end of the process.
To produce centerless paper rolls, the rewinding machine utilizes hollow paper shaft devices positioned on both sides of the guide roller. The paper is rolled repeatedly, being guided by the guide roller and the pressure roller. The tightness of the roll can be adjusted according to the customer's preferences, which is easily achieved by modifying the air pressure. Once the roll reaches specific dimensions, the machine automatically halts the rolling process. Using a paper cutter, the roll paper is separated, while the paper is simultaneously slit, sprayed, and sealed.
Upon completion of the entire program, the machine will undergo an automatic restart following the expiration of the power-on delay. Subsequently, the big saw will proceed to slit the paper into various specifications as required by the customer. These actions are governed by a computerized PLC and frequency conversion programming. Overall, the process is streamlined for enhanced efficiency and precision.
