The toilet paper rewinders consist of two main categories: toilet paper roll rewinders and net-cage toilet paper rewinders. These machines are commonly known as toilet paper machinery as they are utilized for processing toilet paper. In general, there are two types of toilet paper produced: toilet paper rolls and toilet paper cubes.
Toilet paper rewinders can be categorized into two types: automatic and semi-automatic. The former employs computer programming technology to facilitate functions such as paper tube changing (or coreless automatic paper rolls), adhesive spraying, edge sealing, and trimming. This type of equipment is capable of minimizing labor intensity and enhancing product quality. In contrast, the latter requires a bit more manual operation, albeit being able to produce paper tubes; other features are mostly identical to those found in fully automatic toilet paper rewinders.
Toilet paper rewinders can be categorized based on the degree of automation. There are two variants- automatic and semi-automatic. While fully automated toilet paper rewinders have computer programming, semi-automatic ones lack PLC computer programming control.
